Team Building and Social Events
We are committed to maintaining a positive working environment for all our employees. We ensure a good level of staffing so that our team can provide a high standard of care to all our clients and their pets without being pressured or over worked. It also means our staff can get plenty of down time, so they come to work well rested and ready to go. We are proud to have a very low staff turnover and as such our clients will know almost every face in the building by name.
We put effort into maintaining a cohesive team that enjoys working together and can communicate exceptionally well. We run in-clinic culture meetings and mental health check-ins, but we also organise team building and social fun outside of work; because who doesn’t enjoy the odd party, silly game, and adventure once in a while?
Here are just a few examples of the shenanigans we like to get up to!
Harry Potter murder mystery and escape rooms
Our head nurses 50th birthday celebrations and Paint n Sip Workshop. We have some budding artists in our midst!
Work Christmas party games, including some catch the balls in the head cones, good old “welly wanging” competitions and egg catching!
Murray keeping his surgical skills up to scratch at our Secret Santa gift exchanges, and bit of snow animal building in winter.
